Training programs differ based on many factors. Please refer to the past several weeks of training as you complete the following questions as this time frame is most relevant to your test results.

Do you have a weekly schedule

Do you incorporate resistance training (weight lifting)?

Describe your weekly training plan. Include mileage/distance/time, or any other metric related to your sport.

Do you feel your training is resulted in the expected performance gains?

If not, describe how you feel


Nutrition

Describe a typical daily diet, including quantity and timing relative to your workouts:

Do you feel you maintain adequate hydration?

Do you use caffeine?

Do you work with anyone with expertise in the area of sports nutrition?


Sleep

What time do you typically go to bed?

What time do you typically wake?

Do you feel your sleep is generally restful?

Do you use a sleep monitor to evaluate your sleep quality?


Goals

Are you currently training for a specific event such as a major competition, marathon, triathlon?

If Yes, what is the event and when is it being held?

Do YOU have a specific reason for your interest in testing at this time?

Do you have any specific questions you wish to be sure are addressing in your result report?
